Sales Officer

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our Movers & Packers division at Ruby Star Cargo LLC. The candidate will be responsible for handling moving service inquiries, converting leads into sales, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for house shifting and office relocation services

* Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, and client networking

* Explain moving services including packing, loading, transportation, and unpacking

* Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers

* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

* Coordinate with moving crew and operations team for smooth job execution

* Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Handle complaints and provide quick solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Previous sales experience (Movers & Packers preferred)

* Strong communication and convincing skills

* Ability to handle customer pressure and urgent bookings

* Basic knowledge of UAE moving/relocation market

* MS Office and phone handling skills

* Target-oriented mindset
