We manage the entire production process in-house, from fabric manufacturing to the final garment, ensuring consistent quality and high standards. Medfit supplies medical apparel to hospitals across Pakistan and also serves customers through its retail outlets and e-commerce platform. Since its establishment, Medfit has been committed to providing high-quality medical apparel to healthcare professionals throughout Pakistan.

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, career-oriented, and target-driven sales professionals for our B2B (Business-to-Business) hospital sales team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for sales and business development. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the continued growth of Medfit across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions on a daily basis.
• Introduce company products (medical apparel & scrubs) to hospital management and purchase departments.
• Generate new leads and onboard new hospital clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing hospital clients.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for order processing and delivery.
• Ensure smooth execution of hospital orders and resolve any client issues.
• Follow up with hospital accounts departments for timely payment collection.
• Maintain recovery records and ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales .
• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the field and visit hospitals regularly.
• Must have good follow-up and relationship management skills.
