Position Overview:

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within assigned markets. The role requires a professional with strong industry knowledge in chemicals, textiles, and wood products, along with a proven track record in sales recovery, customer retention, and strategic market development.

Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in chemical, textile, and wood industry segments.

Promote company products to new and existing clients to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct regular market visits to explore new business, gather insights, and maintain a strong industry presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued business growth. Address customer inquiries, product concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.

Lead and manage sales recovery activities to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Coordinate with the finance department to monitor customer credit limits, aging reports, and overdue accounts.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Maintain complete and accurate customer records, including sales forecasts, visit reports, and recovery updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate & Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Chemical, Textile and Paint industries.
  • Proven track record of generating sales, expanding markets, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in sales recovery, credit follow-up, and customer negotiations.
  • Valid driving license.
