Sales Officer (Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Officer to join our digital marketing and branding agency. The role involves acquiring new clients, understanding their marketing needs, and promoting our services such as social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, branding, and website development

Key Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling/emailing/presentations
• Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Pitch digital marketing and branding services to potential clients.
• Conduct meetings to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare and share proposals with support from the internal team.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients until onboarding is complete.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams for project handover.
• Keep track of sales activities and maintain weekly reports

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Proven sales closing skills and a confident telephone presence.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in Sales, telesales or business development is an added advantage.
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Minumum 2+ Years of Experience in B2B sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
