Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer to join Karuna Group, a leading Samsung National Distribution House. The ideal candidate must be a local resident of Purulia with experience in the mobile or telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Samsung mobile products in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability at retail outlets.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to share insights with the management team.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and gather customer feedback.
• Support retailers with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Maintain daily sales reports and ensure timely submission to the manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and product delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in mobile/telecom industry.
• Must be a local candidate from Purulia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales.
• Good knowledge of local markets and retailer networks.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
