As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for proactive, driven, and result-oriented Sales Officers (Relationship Managers) to join our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified sales leads through calls, client meetings, and property visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Onboard, train, and activate new brokers to expand sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and effectively communicate company projects to potential buyers and business partners.
- Provide exceptional client service through timely follow-ups, professional communication, and end-to-end support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, booking processes, and smooth deal closures.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
