Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Sales Officer with proven sales experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a strong understanding of IT systems, websites, and mobile applications.

This position involves a mix of field sales and digital outreach with the main responsibility of onboarding freelance drivers, vendors, and customers onto our platform, promoting our mobile app, and supporting our vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and related digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell our mobile app and services to freelance drivers, vendors, and customers.

Conduct in-person visits, meetings, and product demonstrations to explain app features and benefits.

Register new drivers, vendors, and customers on the platform and assist them through the sign-up and onboarding process.

Achieve monthly targets for customer registrations, driver sign-ups, and vendor onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, vendors, and clients.

Gather customer and market feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and resolve customer issues

Monitor competitors and stay updated on market trends in digital services, transport, and mobility industries.

Professionally represent the company during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (preferably in IT, mobility, logistics, or digital services sectors).

Strong understanding of mobile applications, digital tools, and online platforms.

Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

Attractive, confident, and outgoing personality with strong convincing power.

Willingness to conduct outdoor sales and client visits regularly.

Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic language is a strong plus).

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Must be available for immediate joining.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with app-based mobility, delivery, or marketplace platforms.

Good knowledge of the UAE market and customer buying behavior.

Familiar with sales reporting, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing.

Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to handle additional marketing or support tasks if needed.

Commission Model:

To encourage strong performance, we offer an attractive commission structure based on successful registrations:

Driver Registration: Commission for each freelance driver successfully registered and verified on the platform.

Vendor Registration: Higher commission for each vendor or business partner successfully onboarded.

Customer Registration: Separate commission for bringing new active customers onto the app.

Note: Commission amounts vary depending on the category of the registration (Driver, Vendor, Customer). The more active, verified registrations you bring, the higher your earning potential.

The top-performing salesperson in terms of registrations will also receive additional incentives or bonuses as part of monthly recognition.
