Sales Officer (Sauces-ketchup-mayonnaise & chicken spread)

Requirements:

Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors specifically for sauces, ketchup, and chicken spread product line.

· Ensure distributor selection is based on financial stability, storage capability (especially for perishables like chicken spread), and market reach.

· Develop and expand distribution coverage to improve availability in general trade and key retail outlets.

· Strengthen existing distributor performance through regular reviews, target tracking, and corrective action plans.

· Ensure proper cold chain or storage handling (where applicable) for chicken spread to maintain product quality.

· Drive secondary sales growth through improved retailer penetration and shelf placement.

· Monitor distributor stock levels to avoid expiry risk, stockouts, or product degradation.

· Control distributor credit exposure and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.

· Conduct joint market visits with distributors to assess execution, pricing compliance, and competitor activity.

· Support distributors in building effective sales teams for better retail coverage.

Resolve operational issues including logistics delays, stock rotation, and customer complaints

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sauces.

Education: Bachelor's degree
