Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in all aspects of field sales operations.</li><li>Participate in promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and market activation.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and dealers within the assigned region.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in the battery &amp; automotive industry.)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
