Sales & Onboarding Manager (Female, Arabic Speaker)

Tsamym is a fast-growing fashion-tech startup in the UAE is looking for a dynamic Sales & Onboarding Manager to onboard tailors, boutique shops, and Arabic fashion designers onto our digital marketplace.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Onboarding Manager to lead the process of bringing tailors, boutique shops, and Arabic fashion designers onto the Tsamym platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands Arabic dress and traditional wear, and has the skills to convince and support businesses in adopting digital platforms.

Job responsibilities

* Identify and engage with tailors, boutique shops, fabric sellers, and Arabic fashion designers across the UAE.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses and clearly explain the value of joining Tsamym.

* Manage the entire onboarding cycle: registration, account setup, and training on platform usage.

* Deliver product demos and guide partners to successfully list their products and services.

* Drive onboarding targets and ensure active participation of businesses on the platform.

* Collect feedback from shops and designers to improve services and tailor onboarding strategies.

* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance merchant engagement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

*Female candidate preferred.

*Native Arabic speaker (with good English communication).

*3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or onboarding.

*Strong background in fashion, tailoring, or textile industry (especially Arabic dresses and women’s wear).

*Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

*Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in field sales.

*Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

*UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
