Position Overview

As an Sales Opener, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with IRS debt. You will conduct structured qualification calls, gather relevant financial information, assess basic eligibility, and schedule consultations with licensed tax professionals.

This role requires familiarity with programs such as:

• Offer in Compromise (OIC)
• Installment Agreements (IA)
• Penalty Abatement
• Currently Not Collectible (CNC)
• Wage Garnishments and Bank Levies

Key Responsibilities

• Contact inbound and warm leads promptly
• Conduct professional qualification calls
• Identify case viability based on financial criteria
• Accurately document client information in CRM systems
• Schedule qualified appointments for senior consultants
• Maintain professionalism and compliance in all communications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in tax resolution or tax-related services is mandatory
• Working knowledge of IRS procedures and terminology
