The Sales Operations & Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM system, supporting the sales team with accurate data and insights, and ensuring seamless integration across ERP, Database and Manufacturing platforms. This role is key to enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer experience across our global sales channels.
