Sales Operations & Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Sales Operations & Client Support Coordinator to manage daily client communication and support our sales team.

This is a fast-paced, in-office role responsible for handling inbound calls, texts, and emails while assisting with internal sales systems. Strong multitasking ability, consistent attendance, responsiveness, and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.

Weed Man Lawn Care is a locally owned and nationally recognized company providing professional fertilization, weed control, and lawn insect management services throughout Wichita, Goddard, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls, texts, and client emails
• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
• Assist sales team with CRM and phone platform support
• Coordinate internal communication between departments
• Maintain accurate client records and notes
• Support daily administrative workflow and task follow-up
• Assist with service renewals, scheduling updates, and client communication
• Learn and understand the sales call system to provide administrative support and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare daily reports and support management as needed

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 p.m.
• This role requires dependable, on-time attendance and readiness to begin work at 9:00 AM each day
• Saturday: Required during high-volume seasons (spring and fall)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience and skill set
