Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Engineer to provide high-quality sales support services, ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently and in line with Taqeef standards and regulations. The role supports the full sales operations cycle, from quotation to delivery, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective support to the sales team by delivering suitable product solutions to customers.
  • Manage sales operations processes efficiently from quotation through delivery.
  • Collate and prepare accurate information required for proposal and quotation development.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable data within Microsoft Dynamics Navision / CRM, including project details, item codes, and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with Taqeef’s technical and quality standards.
  • Prepare equipment selections, costing sheets, and quotations for RAC products based on project or client requirements.
  • Prepare professional compliance letters and HVAC submittal/technical documents for customer approval.
  • Issue warranties, proforma invoices, and power factor letters to customers.
  • Liaise with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Service Centre, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
  • Create customer accounts in Microsoft Dynamics Navision / CRM and complete required discount, payment, and credit approval forms.
  • Create and process customer orders, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Coordinate order deliveries with warehouse teams.
  • Prepare installation job requests and follow up with Service Centre teams on project completion.
  • Prepare technical documentation and required forms for new system items (models).
  • Coordinate new item (model) creation with IT and Product teams until completion.
  • Assist walk-in customers when required.
  • Coordinate CAC product orders with after-sales, product, and logistics teams.
  • Generate and maintain regular system reports.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret client and business requirements.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
