Sales & Operations Engineer Coordinator

Peak Energy Solutions LLC is an ISO-certified oilfield equipment supplier and solutions provider headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We represent leading global manufacturers and operate our own brand Knovaq , delivering high-quality controlled bolting tools, high-pressure flowline products, instrumentation, and technical support to oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, and service companies across the Middle East and Africa.

We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Engineer to join our team.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone who is early in their career and eager to grow. The role combines sales, business development, and operational support . You will engage with clients, handle RFQs, and support day-to-day operations such as procurement follow-ups, logistics coordination, and supplier communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries and prepare quotations for clients.
• Support logistics operations: shipment follow-ups, customs documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Assist in business development: identifying new opportunities, supporting meetings, and preparing proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and principals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support in marketing activities, exhibitions, and client presentations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical petroleum engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or business development within the oil & gas / industrial equipment sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask between sales and operational tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will not be considered .
