Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, structured, and commercially savvy Sales Operations Executive to support the Sales & Partnerships team. This individual will ensure smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination with brands, advertisers, and media agencies. The role is central to enabling the commercial team to close deals successfully and deliver high-quality experiences to partners across all ad-inventory formats.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Coordination

Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and trackers with up-to-date information.

Assist in preparing proposals, media kits, rate cards, and inventory availability sheets.

Coordinate with brands and agencies for requirements, clarifications, and approvals.

Manage documentation including contracts, insertion orders, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
Ad Inventory & Execution

Maintain updated ad-inventory records across platforms.

Support booking, blocking, and confirmation of ad slots based on approved deals.

Liaise with internal teams (programming, traffic, content, finance) to ensure feasibility and smooth execution.

Reporting Analysis

Prepare weekly/monthly revenue reports, sales summaries, and forecasts.

Track KPIs such as fill rate, revenue vs. target, and category/agency performance.

Highlight risks, opportunities, and insights to help optimize revenue.
Experience Required

2+ years of experience in sales operations, ad sales support, or commercial coordination within media, digital, OTT, or advertising.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.

Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Understanding of media planning, ad formats, and inventory management.
