About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive with strong HubSpot CRM expertise. You will support our sales team with process optimization, reporting, and data management, ensuring smooth coordination with our US-based teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM - pipelines, workflows, reports, dashboards

Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across sales records

Support AEs & SDRs with lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups

Build and maintain sales performance dashboards & reports

Drive automation and sales enablement processes

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for alignment

Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and liaise with vendor support
Requirements

2-4 years' experience in Sales Operations with hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise

Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills

Excellent communication skills for global collaboration

Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)

Based in/around Noida and open to work from office
Good to Have

Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach

SaaS/B2B sales operations background

Knowledge of sales incentive/commission tracking
