Sales & Operations Executive (Male/Female)

"HAWKEYE FREIGHT SERVICES" is a new player in logistics and freight forwarding industry specializing in providing seamless supply chain solutions. Our services include freight management, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. Join us to gain valuable industry experience and contribute to impactful projects.

As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting both the sales and operations departments. You will gain hands-on experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, assist in client management, and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities.
• Preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up on sales leads and provide timely updates to the team.

2. Operations Support

• Coordinate with Customers, Associates, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Track shipments and update clients on the status.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Support in resolving any logistical or operational challenges.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding concepts (preferred).
• Prior Experience of Sales in a Forwarding Company will be a plus (preferred),
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
