Job Title: Sales Operations & Growth Lead

Location: Hybrid (Thornton, CO)
Comp: $50K–$70K base + performance upside ($90K–$150K+ total)
Type: Full-time | Part-time | Contract

Role Summary

We’re an established home services company hiring a Sales Operations & Growth Lead to work directly with two founders who are ready to pass the reins to someone they can trust.

Primary: keep sales moving and the team booked
Secondary: improve systems and help drive growth

This is an execution-first role for someone who can manage details, move revenue, and think like an owner.

What You’ll Do

Sales Operations (Core)

  • Own pipeline: lead → follow-up → estimate → close → job completion
  • Ensure team stays consistently scheduled
  • Manage customer communication and follow-ups
  • Prevent delays, bad handoffs, and missed details

Systems & Process

  • Maintain and improve CRM and tracking
  • Build simple, repeatable workflows
  • Support forecasting and visibility into pipeline

Growth & Marketing Support

  • Assist with partnerships and outbound efforts
  • Support proposals and sales initiatives
  • Contribute to content, positioning, and local presence

Founder Support

  • Work directly with 2 business partners
  • Help prioritize and execute key initiatives

Who You Are

  • Sales/marketing-minded and action-oriented
  • Strong executor—organized, responsive, reliable
  • Comfortable talking to customers and moving deals forward
  • Early-career or mid-level, looking to grow fast

Compensation (Built to Drive the Right Behavior)

Base Salary

  • $50K – $70K (stability for operational ownership)

+ Commissions & Bonus

  • Collected Revenue - Inbound Work Orders

Total Earnings Potential

  • $90K – $150K+ based on performance
