Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management
- Develop and implement monthly and annual sales targets for LPG (domestic, commercial, and industrial segments).
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer promotions, and customer engagement programs.
2. Operations & Distribution
- Supervise daily gas cylinder distribution, stock movement, and refill scheduling.
- Ensure smooth coordination between delivery staff, warehouse, and supply chain partners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, manage shortages, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Oversee fleet management (vehicles, drivers, and delivery routes).
3. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
- Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and refilling services.
- Maintain long-term relationships with domestic and commercial customers.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to all government, oil company, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks, audits, and staff training on LPG handling and delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation, licenses, and statutory reports.
5. Team Management
- Supervise and motivate the sales and operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Foster teamwork and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze operational efficiency, sales trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Recommend process improvements for better productivity and profitability.
