Sales & Operations (Male Only)

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management

  • Develop and implement monthly and annual sales targets for LPG (domestic, commercial, and industrial segments).
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer promotions, and customer engagement programs.

2. Operations & Distribution

  • Supervise daily gas cylinder distribution, stock movement, and refill scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between delivery staff, warehouse, and supply chain partners.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, manage shortages, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Oversee fleet management (vehicles, drivers, and delivery routes).

3. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
  • Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and refilling services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with domestic and commercial customers.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to all government, oil company, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety checks, audits, and staff training on LPG handling and delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation, licenses, and statutory reports.

5. Team Management

  • Supervise and motivate the sales and operational staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Foster teamwork and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Analyze operational efficiency, sales trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Recommend process improvements for better productivity and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
