  • Partner with the National Director to design and implement scalable data solutions across states.
  • Build and maintain weekly reports tracking order accuracy, inventory age, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Support the rollout of new product launches across multiple states, ensuring the Sales team has all necessary tools, pricing, and assets.
  • Help prepare sales teams for large state promotions and seasonal programs (4/20, 7/10, Green Wednesday, etc.)
  • Assist with state expansions, onboarding new partners, and establishing operational infrastructure.
  • Coordinate trade show participation with the marketing team, ensuring logistics, materials, and post-show reporting are completed.
  • Train and mentor Sales Operations Coordinators and Specialists across regions.
  • Ensure Sales adherence and alignment with national SOPs checklists and workflows – helping hold accountability within the department.
  • Oversee the ordering and logistics of displays, signage, and other merchandising assets in coordination with Marketing and Field teams.
