We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales team, manage daily operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales performance, coordinating operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage daily operations including logistics, project coordination, and team performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Supervise and train sales and operations staff to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with management on pricing, inventory, and production planning.
  • Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in [industry].
