Sales & Operations Manager

Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager (FMCG)

Job Summary:

The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing distribution, managing sales teams, and ensuring smooth operational execution across all FMCG channels. This role bridges sales strategy with supply chain execution to ensure product availability, market penetration, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets
  • Manage key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade partners
  • Identify new business opportunities, territories, and channel expansion
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior

Operations & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Forecast demand and coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams
  • Ensure optimal stock levels, on-time deliveries, and minimal stock-outs/overstocks
  • Oversee warehouse operations and route-to-market efficiency
  • Improve operational processes to reduce costs and increase service levels

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales and operations teams
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations
  • Drive a performance culture focused on execution excellence

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Manage sales budgets, trade spends, and operational costs
  • Analyze profitability by product, channel, and territory
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and distributor agreements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–10 years experience in FMCG sales and operations management
  • Strong experience managing distributors, field sales teams, and GT/MT channels
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and improve operational efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
