Operations Manager – Delivery & Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in delivery services and logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily delivery and logistics operations.
• Monitor drivers’ performance and ensure timely deliveries.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery delays.
• Coordinate with customer service, fleet, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions.
• Manage scheduling, routing, and workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in delivery or logistics companies is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of fleet management and delivery systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
