Salary: AED 10,000 per month + Monthly Performance Bonus

ROLE OVERVIEW
Quadspire Real Estate is a next-generation Dubai brokerage expanding aggressively across UAE & GCC markets. We are seeking a high-performance Sales Operations Manager to lead, manage, and scale our sales floor of 10–12 consultants.
This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for driving sales execution, maintaining discipline, building a winning culture, and delivering a minimum of AED 1,000,000 in monthly sales closures.
This role is ideal for someone with strong operational leadership, team management expertise, and the ability to push sales teams to peak performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Management
- Drive the sales team towards achieving minimum AED 1,000,000 monthly closures.
- Build weekly and monthly sales forecasts and monitor pipeline health.
- Conduct daily morning sales huddles & weekly performance reviews.
- Ensure every agent has daily targets for calls, viewings, follow-ups, and offers.
- Run structured Sales KPI dashboards and report directly to the Managing Director.
2. Operations & Floor Management
- Oversee attendance, punctuality, and sales discipline across the team.
- Ensure every agent updates CRM, reports, and lead sheets daily.
- Manage performance-related issues and take corrective action where required.
- Monitor lead flow, distribute leads fairly, and ensure no lead is wasted.
- Maintain a high-energy, high-urgency sales culture on the floor.
3. Coaching, Training & Performance Development
- Conduct weekly training sessions on:
- cold calling
- objection handling
- negotiation
- closing strategies
- project knowledge
- market updates
- Identify underperformers early and put them on improvement plans.
- Build a coaching culture where agents grow under structured guidance.
4. Process Management & Compliance
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with RERA guidelines.
- Oversee brokerage documentation, forms, MOUs, and listing accuracy.
- Align processes with company SOPs and ensure zero operational gaps.
- Audit listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM regularly.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Marketing Team for campaign strategy & lead allocations
- Content Team for agent branding & video support
- Finance Team for commissions & reporting
- Developers for project updates, training, and inventory
- Act as the link between sales and senior leadership.
6. Leadership & Culture Building
- Build a high-performance sales environment with accountability and discipline.
- Promote Quadspire’s culture: professionalism, ambition, speed, and execution.
- Motivate, mentor, and retain high-performing agents.
- Lead by example be the most disciplined person in the room.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in:
Sales management / Business operations / Real estate / Corporate leadership
- Prior experience handling teams of 10+ members.
- Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and hitting revenue targets.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary: AED 10,000/month
Performance Bonuses:
