Sales & Operations Manager – FMCG

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the food distribution or FMCG industry in Qatar or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of local food market, suppliers, and HORECA clients.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Valid Qatar Driving License required.
