About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive Sales Operations & Procurement Specialist (back-office) to support our commercial activities by ensuring smooth coordination between sales, procurement, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership, and keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales operations by coordinating daily activities, reports, and follow-ups
• Manage procurement-related coordination, including vendor communication and documentation
• Act as a central point of contact between sales, operations, and suppliers
• Track orders, timelines, and approvals to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and operational updates for management
• Proactively identify gaps and support process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations and procurement coordination
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Smart, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
