Job Summary:

The Sales Operations In-Charge will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, logistics, and finance teams. The role focuses on improving sales efficiency, process compliance, reporting accuracy, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales operations and order lifecycle (order to dispatch)
• Supervise and guide the sales operations/executive team
• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and documentation
• Prepare and review sales MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
• Track sales targets, collections, and outstanding payments in coordination with finance
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely dispatch and delivery
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and process adherence
• Support sales planning, forecasting, tenders, and quotations
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements
• Handle escalations related to orders, customers, and internal coordination

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Post-graduate in Management, Commerce, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in sales operations or sales support
• Prior experience in B2B / manufacturing / healthcare industry preferred
