OVERVIEW OF ROLE OR HOW THE ROLE MAKES AN IMPACT


The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Operations Team, Key Retailers and business leadership. This position focuses on POS, key retailer portals, customer support, and operational execution, ensuring the business has accurate information, timely support, and seamless processes to drive revenue growth.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Key Retailers to support POS reporting, account initiatives, maintain retailer data and systems, and help execute programs that strengthen customer relationships across North America and Latin America.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


POS Reporting

  • Manage POS data and connection
  • Work with external POS partner to design reports and dashboard to answer key internal & retailer questions
  • Weekly Reporting & Distribution
  • Line review support with ad hoc analysis

Retailer & Systems Coordination

  • Navigate customer portals (e.g., Home Depot Supplier Hub, Lowe’s systems) to support sales activities
  • Maintain accurate master data, item setup, and retailer connections in internal systems
  • Input and maintain retailer promotions, pricing updates, and product changes
  • Support forecast inputs and sales guidance by consolidating information from multiple teams
  • Retailer Inventory Management and order recommendations

Sales Operations & Administration

  • Prepare and submit quotes, forms, and required documentation in a timely manner
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to pricing, item details, promotions, and order support
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks to support sales initiatives and account deadlines
  • Track and organize sales-related data, reports, and documentation for visibility and follow-up
  • Assist with inventory visibility and communication to support account readiness
  • Support the sales team through ongoing CRM management, including maintaining accurate customer, account, and opportunity data, tracking sales activities, and supporting pipeline visibility and reporting.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution of account strategies
  • Support internal communication between teams to resolve issues quickly and keep accounts on track
  • Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience
