The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting and streamlining sales operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role maintains effective client communication and ensures high-quality data management, while providing timely reporting, actionable insights, and comprehensive administrative support to drive informed business decisions.
Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize sales files and documentation to support sales activities.

Manage correspondence and communication between the sales team and clients.

Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Support the sales process by handling applications, asset registration, and agreement preparation and signing.

Ensure all sales forms and required documentation are correctly completed, filed, and properly archived (hard and soft copies).

Maintain high data quality by continuously monitoring, updating, and validating client information in coordination with Client Care and the Call Centre.

Track sales targets and provide timely data and insights to support sales team performance.

Prepare and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance and activity reports.

Document customer feedback, follow-up status, and share insights with the Sales Supervisor.

Support clients and visitors at company premises and perform additional tasks as assigned by Sales Management.
Qualifications:

Saudi National is required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of total professional experience

At least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on NHC projects

Previous experience in real estate, banking, or insurance industries

No professional certification required

Proficiency in Arabic with good command of English

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
