Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Sales Opportunity Executives to join our on-site Frontier outbound campaign. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, explain Frontier services, and turn opportunities into successful sales. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident on calls and comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Clearly explain Frontier products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain accurate call and sales records
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
• Follow campaign quality and compliance guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or higher
• Good communication and listening skills
• Sales-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• On-site availability
