Position - Billing Executive - Sales Order

Location - Hyderabad ( Kukatpally Village )

Qualification -Bachelors Degree - In Accounting, Finance ,Commerce, or a related field

Salary - 20 ( Depends on Interview )

Experience - 1-3 years in - Billing Process, E- Way Bill, Sales Entry, Payment Voucher, Voucher Entry

A sales Bill Executive is a professional responsible for managing & processing sales bills, invoice & related documents .

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Bill Processing - Prepare, review & process sales bills , invoice & credit notes.

2. Data Entry - Accurately enter sales data into the company's ERP system or accounting software.

3. Invoice Management - Manage invoice generation , printing & dispatch to customers.

4.Payment Tracking - Monitor & update payment records, ensuring timely follow-ups.

5. Customer Communication - Respond to customer queries, resolve billing disputes, & provide support.

6. Reporting and Analysis - Generate sales reports, analyse data , & provide insights to management.

Required Skills -

. Accounting Knowledge - Familiarity with accounting principles, invoicing & payment processing.

. ERP/ Accounting Software - proficiency in using ERP system or accounting software ( Eg - SAP, Oracle, Quick Books )

. Communication & Interpersonal - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact with customer, colleagues, & management .

. Analytical & Problem Solving - Strong analytical & problem- solving skills to resolve billing issues & provide insights.
