Job Summary:
The Sales Order and Logistics Support Specialist will report to the CFO, while working closely with the Logistics Supervisor. This position is multi-faceted and responsible for the following areas:
Serves as lead in setting up new customers for sales processing. Receives, verifies, and processes new customer orders for fulfillment, proactively communicating with customers the status of their orders. Tracks internal status of sales orders with the operations team to ensure orders are shipped on time. Monitors inventory levels to communicate any out of stocks to the customer. Provides support to the sales team as needed. Responsible for sales order accuracy, fulfillment flow, and providing customer updates. Works with Logistics Supervisor handling TMS order booking for selected customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- New customer and product set up in SAGE and within SPS Commerce.
- Receive customer orders, evaluate inventory readiness, confirm receipt with customer.
- Communication operations team sales order updates and track status.
- Enters and processes customer orders received via EDI and via email. This includes processing orders through SPS Commerce and entering the order into SAGE.
- Document and communicate to management any recurring, or significant problems or issues with any products or services.
- Prioritize order accuracy and communication with customers
- Manage sales orders, provide support to the sales and operations team.
- Process and schedule Transportation Management Booking for assigned customers.

- Ability to work 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F Onsite: Lenexa, KS.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated computer skills, proficient at Power Point, Excel, Word.
- Experience and understanding of SPS Commerce, EDI, order processing systems.
- Sales or customer services experience.
Compensation:
- Full Time Position
- Starting $22- $24 hour based on experience (~$43,680 - $48,880)
- Annual Bonus/ profit sharing with target of ~5% of based on individual and company performance
- Benefits after 90 days – Medical, Dental, Vision
- Paid Holidays plus one-week paid vacation after six months
