Sales-Oriented Appointment Setter

Overview

We are a weight loss surgery clinic based in DFW, focused on helping patients achieve long-term, sustainable weight loss through advanced surgical care.

We’re looking for someone with a strong sales background who can confidently handle inbound leads and guide them toward scheduling a consultation. The ideal candidate is personable, communicates clearly, and knows how to build trust while still driving action.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or appointment setting experience (inbound preferred)
• Comfortable spending multiple hours/day on the phone
• Ability to respond to new leads quickly (within minutes during shift)
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to take calls without interruptions
• Strong English communication skills (clear, concise, and professional)
• Bonus: Fluent in Spanish

Role Responsibilities

• Qualify leads (intent, timing, basic fit)
• Call and text inbound leads within minutes of form submissions
• Clearly explain the consultation process and next steps
• Get qualified leads to commit to and schedule a consultation
• Follow up persistently with leads who don’t convert immediately
• Track all activity and notes inside the CRM
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (high-ticket or appointment setting preferred)
• Strong phone presence—confident, clear, and controlled
• Able to balance empathy with direction (not passive, not pushy)
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations (health, weight, finances)
• Confidently handle common objections (cost, fear, time, uncertainty)
• Fast response time and high sense of urgency
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Bonus: Background in healthcare, bariatric, or medical sales

Compensation

• Base pay + performance-based bonuses tied to scheduled consultations

Schedule

• Full Time (~40 hours/week)
• Monday – Friday
• 12:00 PM CST – 8:15 PM CST
• Fully remote

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
