Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train sales representatives on modern sales techniques and customer service.
• Develop and deliver practical and theoretical training programs.
• Monitor representatives’ performance and provide development reports to management.
• Design motivational plans to boost sales and improve communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales training or as a sales supervisor.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.
• Preferably with experience in [your company’s field, e.g., cosmetics, real estate, services].
• driving license
