Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train sales representatives on modern sales techniques and customer service.
- Develop and deliver practical and theoretical training programs.
- Monitor representatives’ performance and provide development reports to management.
- Design motivational plans to boost sales and improve communication skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales training or as a sales supervisor.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.
- Preferably with experience in [your company’s field, e.g., cosmetics, real estate, services].
