Role Description

The Sales Outdoor - Infection Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing and building relationships with clients, presenting products and services, and providing training and customer support as needed. The specialist will ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to sales growth and maintaining product knowledge expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management expertise, including the ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
• Experience providing Training to customers or team members
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of infection control products and a background in healthcare or related fields is an advantage
• Driving license and ability to travel within the Doha Metropolitan Area as required
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Medical Technology, Microbiology, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, infection control products, medical devices, hygiene solutions, or related industries.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices, healthcare products, and hygiene solutions is preferred.
