About the Role

A well-established hospitality and recreation business in Northeast Ohio is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to grow corporate event packages and membership sales.

This position focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and closing high-value corporate and membership accounts. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new corporate clients for event packages
  • Sell annual memberships and bundled service packages
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into booked contracts
  • Create customized proposals and pricing presentations
  • Maintain CRM records and manage follow-up communications
  • Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal revenue targets
  • Represent the organization at networking and business events

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales (B2B, hospitality, events, or membership sales preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
  • Knowledge of golf or recreational industries is a plus, but not required
