Job Description
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Performance & Commissioning Analyst
to drive the accuracy, effectiveness, and strategic impact of our sales performance and incentive programs. This role plays a critical part in managing sales commissions, analyzing performance trends, and providing insights that support sales strategy and decision-making.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure fair, motivating, and data-driven compensation and performance frameworks that support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end sales commission processes, including calculation, validation, and payout accuracy

Monitor and analyze sales performance vs. targets, quotas, and KPIs

Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across performance and compensation systems

Evaluate the effectiveness of commission plans and incentive programs; recommend improvements aligned with business goals

Support sales planning cycles, target setting, and quota allocation

Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR on performance reviews, compensation planning, and policy alignment

Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis

Support automation and optimization of reporting and commission processes
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field

3–6+ years of experience in Sales Performance, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations

Strong experience in sales commission structures and incentive plans

Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
