Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify residential and/or commercial solar leads
  • Conduct on-site or virtual solar consultations and energy assessments
  • Present solar solutions, ROI calculations, and financing options clearly
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships from lead to handover
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Stay up to date with solar technology, government policies, and incentives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in solar sales, energy sales, or high-ticket sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
  • Comfortable working in target-driven environments
  • Valid driver’s license (for field sales, if applicable)
