Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify residential and/or commercial solar leads
- Conduct on-site or virtual solar consultations and energy assessments
- Present solar solutions, ROI calculations, and financing options clearly
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships from lead to handover
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution
- Stay up to date with solar technology, government policies, and incentives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in solar sales, energy sales, or high-ticket sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Self-starter mindset with a hunter mentality
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments
- Valid driver’s license (for field sales, if applicable)
