Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle sales conversations and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain clear communication with customers via chat and calls
• Use computer systems and basic software to manage customer data

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience (any industry)
• Finance or Forex knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Good computer skills and ability to use software tools
• Must have own visa or spouse visa
• Company will provide Labor Card and Medical Insurance
• Available to join immediately
