Sales Person

Job Summary

The Salesperson is responsible for assisting customers in selecting hardware products, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs
• Recommend suitable hardware products
• Explain product features, prices, and usage clearly
• Prepare bills and process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products in the showroom
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low or out-of-stock items
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely
• Ensure correct labeling and pricing of products

Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of hardware products (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work with customers patiently and politely
• Basic math skills for billing and payments
• Honest, responsible, and well-organized
• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
