Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, Fluent Arabic and English speaking Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, interacting heavily with our clients. You will be responsible for welcoming walk-in customers to our showroom, as well as actively driving revenue through telesales and digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Store Sales: Welcome showroom visitors in a professional and culturally appropriate manner, providing expert knowledge on our Oud and fabric collections to drive sales.
• Telesales & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to client leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with loyal customers to generate remote sales.
• Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer care, ensuring a luxury experience that aligns with our brand reputation.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in keeping the showroom organized, clean, and beautifully displayed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: FLUENT Arabic and English (Spoken and Written) is REQUIRED.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or telesales. (Prior experience selling perfumes and oud is highly preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in person.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Attitude: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a passion for customer service.
