Sales Person for design and fit-out company

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person with a proven track record in the design, interiors, and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate is a well-connected professional capable of generating new business, managing client relationships, and bringing an existing portfolio of contacts and potential projects. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent our company with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the design and fit-out sector
• Leverage existing network and industry contacts to bring in ongoing or upcoming projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and real estate partners
• Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic business development efforts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in design, interiors, or fit-out
• Strong industry network and the ability to bring in personal projects or clients
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the full design-to-fit-out process and project lifecycle
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working under targets
• Valid UAE driver’s license
