Sales Person with Filter Experience

Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Water Filter & Cement Filter Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the filtration industry. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in water filtration systems, industrial filters, cement plant filtration, dust collectors, or related industrial products. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets across industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers in the water treatment, industrial filtration, and cement industries
  • Promote and sell filtration products, systems, and related solutions
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, factories, consultants, distributors, and project managers
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of sales experience in:
  • Water filtration systems
  • Industrial filters
  • Cement plant filters
  • Dust collection systems
  • Industrial equipment or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of industrial sales processes
  • Existing network in construction, cement, manufacturing, or water treatment sectors is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of bag filters, cartridge filters, RO systems, dust collectors, or cement plant filtration systems
  • Experience handling B2B industrial clients
  • Ability to read technical specifications and project requirements
