Job Title: Salesperson cum Customer Service Representative (video game)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers warmly and provide them with information on current promotions, new releases, and special offers.

· Understand customers' gaming preferences and offer personalized recommendations.

· Assist customers in selecting video games, consoles, accessories, and related merchandise.

· Demonstrate knowledge of product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

· Cross-sell and upsell additional items to enhance the customer's gaming experience.

· Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges.

· Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report low-stock items to management.

· Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.

· Assist in creating appealing displays and keeping the store organized and clean.

· Ensure that products are properly labeled with accurate pricing and descriptions.

· Collect customer feedback and relay it to the management team for continuous improvement.

· Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

· Passion for video games

· Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Basic technical knowledge of video game consoles and accessories.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
