Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities in our key markets.The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs especially in the packaging/strapping sectors, and drive revenue growth for our PET/PP strapping products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the designated region or product line.
  • Identify new business opportunities: prospecting, market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts: maintain relationships, understand customer needs, upsell/cross-sell where appropriate, ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations and contracts to customers; negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and high quality service to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, product developments, pricing and identify opportunities or threats.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Travel as required (within UAE, GCC or international) to meet clients, attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Represent the company professionally, and promote the brand, products, and sustainability credentials of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven sales experience in B2B industrial sales (preferably in the packaging, plastics, strapping, or manufacturing sectors). for Sales Executive 4-6 years.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and ability to close.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of the packaging/strapping/Manufacturing industry and preferably awareness of PET / polyester strapping
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to manage an international customer base.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Experience selling internationally (exports) and working with global customers.
  • Technical understanding of production/plastics manufacturing, or ability to understand technical specifications of strapping and recycled PET products.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must
