We are currently seeking a Sales Process Development and Transformation Manager to join our team with the following qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Management Information Systems
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, strategy, digital transformation, or business development
  • Proven experience working closely with IT project teams and collaborating effectively with technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end management of large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BI tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau , etc.
  • Follows and applies emerging technology, digitalization, and artificial intelligence trends
  • Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to model and evaluate business opportunities
  • Agile, results-oriented, and solution-focused with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)


Job Description:


  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop transformation projects
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams to translate business needs into actionable projects and solutions
  • Track and analyze sales and related metrics to develop actions and strategies that enhance performance
  • Manage cross-functional strategic projects from start to finish; define project plans, risks, and success criteria
  • Coordinate business analysis, process design, and technology integration activities
  • Manage analytics and reporting processes to measure project performance
  • Utilize CRM and BI tools effectively to design KPI tracking and data visualization dashboards
  • Build and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress
  • Develop proactive solutions within sales processes and ensure alignment of new business models with sales operations
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of company-wide transformation and change programs
