Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can lead product sourcing and sales initiatives in the medical surgical disposables sector. The ideal candidate must be capable of identifying and introducing new product lines, managing vendor relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, hunt, and source new medical surgical disposable products to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Expertly negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements with manufacturers.
• Analyze market demand and introduce innovative products and new business ideas to management.
• Lead and manage a team effectively to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of tasks.
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage documentation for government-level tenders, ensuring compliance and competitive submissions.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends.

• Proven experience in medical surgical disposables sourcing and sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Demonstrated experience in handling and executing government tenders.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
