Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Joinery Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of joinery products and services. A deep understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and market trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the joinery and fit-out sector.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s joinery products and services to potential clients (contractors, consultants, interior designers, and developers).
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on project specifications and design requirements.
  • Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure feasibility, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track project progress and follow up on payments, variations, and post-delivery support.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations in the joinery sector.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Fit-Out/ Joinery Sales: 5 years (Required)
