What We Offer:

Compensation

• $65,000 to $120,000+ per year (performance-based)

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their needs and provide customized life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Follow up with inbound leads and referrals in a timely, professional manner
• Educate individuals and families on financial strategies using our educational tools and systems
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM and client management systems
• Participate in ongoing training, development calls, and mentorship meetings
• Uphold Legacy Foundation Group's standards of professionalism, ethics, and service
• Meet or exceed performance benchmarks in sales and client retention

Who We’re Looking For:

• Motivated, coachable individuals with strong communication skills
• People looking to build a career in financial services, not just make quick money
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicants must have a clean background and be able to pass a background check
• Strong values around family, financial literacy, and personal growth
